Energy Innovations Australia are proud to work with mecwacare, a not-for-profit, nondenominational charitable organisation, that has been supporting Victorians for more than 60 years.

mecwacare recognised the environmental and economic benefit of solar PV generation across their aged and disability care premises and commissioned the delivery of over 550W of PV across multiple sites. In doing so they reduced emissions by over 700 tonnes and generated savings of over $80,000 annually in electricity costs.

Within the supply, design and construct contract, Energy Innovations Australia worked to deliver a turnkey solution, reducing they level resources required by mecwacare to make these projects a reality. These installations required detailed planning to ensure any disruption to medical and respite care was minimised and occurred at times best suited to the nature of the facilities.
